General questions

Photographs on the website

All photos of the paintings are compressed for the website, which has the effect of 'softening', which means some of the finer details may not be visible. Thus whether a fluid painting or landscapes, you can expect your painting or limited-run prints to reveal much more detail.

Do you offer custom sizes or commissioned paintings?

Yes, I offer custom sizes for commissioned paintings only. Non-commissioned piece in the gallery specify the painting and artwork sizes. Please reach out if you have a specific request and I can provide you with a quote.

How long will it take to receive my painting?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method. Typically it takes between 5-10 business days after your order is received. If you have purchased a commissioned piece, once your artwork has been created I will advise you of when you can expect delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this point in time. We only ship to Australia.. Shipping times and costs will vary based on artwork size, quantity and location. So please contact me via the Contact Form with the details of the painting name and/or ID number, displayed in a small black box on top of each painting when you hover and your postcode, and I will come back to you with a shipping price.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment through PayPal. This allows you to choose your preferred way to pay via the platform. If you have any additional questions or concerns about payment, please get in touch.

Framing and sizes

Fluid artworks, which are on thicker canvasses, can easily hang unframed, while the oils, which are usually 1.5 cm deep, will look better framed. With only some exceptions, almost all of my pieces are sold unframed, so you can match the frame to the painting, the space you will hang it and your taste.

Most of the canvases are as specified, but sometimes they vary slightly in their exact size, therefore, if you intend to frame your painting, I recommend waiting until you have it before ordering your frame.

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer refunds or returns.

Limited run prints

Limited run prints, on Ilford Galerie Textured Cotton Rag 310gsm, for when you have a limited budget but still want the artwork adorning your space. Your print will feel like a painting and can be printed larger than the original if desired (maintaining the original painting’s proportions).

Printed on 100% Cotton Rag Matt paper for the very best in fine art printing. The textured surface grain becomes an integral part of the image, adding dimension and enhancing lighter printed areas. This is an archival paper that will give lasting image stability for many years and produce crisp detail.

For paintings that are part of a series, you can order an individual or the whole series, the print price shown is for an individual print in the selected size, which can be larger than the original artwork, thus will have to be multiplied by the number of prints you are ordering.

Please note that some paintings use metallic paints, which cannot be replicated on a print, they will appear more like the photograph on this website.

However, even the photo on this website may look a little different on your screen monitor than the print itself.  This is due to the different processing of colour on electronic devices versus the printing process.

There will be more detail on the limited run prints than you see in the photographs on the website, as they are compressed, which has the effect of 'softening' them, which obscures some of the finer detail.
